"First off, when I got here, I was a mess. I had just started taken an anti-depressant medicine and after a few days, I stopped being able to sleep. After the third night of not being able to sleep, I went to the emergency room for help, Well the emergency room felt I was not sick enough for any medicines, but they did ask me if I wanted to check myself into the Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire. I immediately jumped at the chance to go to a place that is dedicated to helping people who were in struggling as I was. Since I arrived Saturday, the staff has been great in helping me get my feet back on the ground. They diagnosed that I was given the wrong medicine and as soon as my doctor changed my medicine and gave me something to sleep, I started to feel like a new person. My doctor and his staff are caring, funny, but dead serious about wanting to help people. The food is great, nurses and staff members are thoughtful and helpful. If you are reading this and need a place to go for help, don't hesitate to go to the Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire."
